Driver Benefits that Deliver

Here’s what sets us apart:

COMPETITIVE PAY: Earn top-tier wages that reflect your expertise and dedication, as well as annual pay increases. Additional HAZMAT pay at .05 cents per mile.
HEALTH AND WELLNESS: Comprehensive insurance plans to keep you covered, as well as other corporate benefits.
MODERN EQUIPMENT: Drive the latest trucks equipped with advanced safety and comfort features, ensuring you stay on the road. Truck amenities include a refrigerator, TV mount, tablet with company paid data, power inverter, XM Radio, in-cab scanning and Samsara Communications, and PrePass/PrePass Elite.
DRY VAN: Drivers receive a dedicated, late-model truck (drop and hook loads).

HOPPER: Drivers receive a dedicated truck and trailer.

STARTING BASE: 60 cpm + up to 4 cpm bonus (loaded/unloaded; practical).

CLEAN INSPECTION PAY: We pay out $200 for a clean level 1 inspection, and $100 for all other clean inspections.

RIDER PROGRAM: Feel free to bring family and friends, ages 10 and up!
PET POLICY: We know it gets lonely on the road; up to 2 pets (dogs or cats) are allowed to ride along.
MOVING PAY: Will fund travel to Omaha, your physical, and certification upon employment.

Who We Are

Driver Requirements

We hold our drivers to the highest standards because you represent the best in the industry. If you’re committed to excellence, we’d love to have you on board.

Here’s what’s expected:

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 24 months of verifiable OTR CDL-A experience.

LICENSE: Valid Class A CDL with all necessary endorsements.
AGE: At least 23 years old.
SAFETY RECORD: Strong focus on safe driving practices with a clean record—no ticket citations, accidents, reckless driving convictions in the last 5 years; no alcohol or drug-related offenses in the last 5 years; and no cell phone violations in the last 5 years. Must also have an acceptable PSP score.
LOYALTY: We’re looking for drivers who will stick around—no more than 3 job changes in a 12-month period.
PROFESSIONALISM: Dependable, respectful, and customer oriented. No failed/refused drug tests or SAP program.
TEAM SPIRIT: Willingness to collaborate and maintain a positive attitude.

Dry Van Division

Dry Van is perfect for drivers who love variety and steady work. You’ll haul a range of freight with specialized equipment, keeping things interesting. Here’s what you’re in for:

Varied Freight

Haul finished products like pet food or retail goods across 48 states.

Heated Van Trailers

Use our specialized trailers to protect sensitive cargo, like freeze-protected or hazmat loads.

Top Equipment

Drive Volvos or Freightliners, all three years or newer, with APUs for your comfort and no driver-facing cameras.

Personal Support

Work with driver managers who offer 24/7 support to keep you rolling smoothly.

Hopper Division

Hopper is made for drivers who like hands-on, specialized work, with the second largest hopper fleet in the US. While no hopper-specific experience is required, we prioritize drivers with hopper experience to hit the ground running. If you’re into bulk freight and a tight team, this is your spot. Here’s what you’ll do:

Specialized Freight

Haul pet food ingredients, corn, or other bulk goods like grain or feed for agricultural industries, right here in Nebraska and beyond.

Keep Your Trailer

Use the same Prestige or Timpte hopper trailer to avoid surprises and keep your rig in top shape.

Reliable Equipment

Drive Volvos or Freightliners, three years or newer, with APUs for your comfort and no driver-facing cameras.

Experienced Team

Get 24/7 support from a crew with over a decade in the industry, who know the challenges of hopper hauling inside and out.
