I am sending this message to commend your driver Mike that has the daily run from XQC to XCF.
He had a breakdown today enroute to Shelby IA and called me early to let me know of the problem. He then called our Linehaul and your emergency dispatch to arrange a repower to move this van.
Through his efforts and your dispatch a repower was made possible in Des Moines to keep this van rolling. It arrived at our location only 30 minutes or so pass the set schedule.
This made it possible to service this shipments with very little impact on our inbound operation. Just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate this level of service.
Also would like to say that Mike has been one of the best sub service drivers that we have had come to our service center. He is always on time or early with his arrivals even when XQC has been late getting his loads ready at the FAC. He has always called to keep me informed of any delays or problems to help for planning purposes for the inbound operation. Even with the bad winter last year he was
Here with our shipments even when the other sub service carriers were failing to get to our location. His level of professionalism is a credit to him and your company.
